At Bill Brandt Ford we will come pickup and deliver your vehicle. Leave the work to us and we will get your vehicle serviced and brought back to you!

How You Mode Works:


There are many reasons to love being a Ford owner, and we're happy to add one more reason. Servicing your vehicle has never been easier with Ford Pickup and Delivery. It's simple when scheduling your appointment over the phone just ask for Pickup and Delivery. We will pick up your vehicle at your home, work, or wherever you are within a 15-mile radius of our dealership. Allowing us to pick up and deliver your vehicle will ensure that you have more time to spend on other important tasks.

Picking Up Your Vehicle:


It all starts with scheduling your appointment with one of our Service Advisors over the phone. Our team will make a note that you need your vehicle picked up and delivered by our staff on the day of the appointment. We'll handle the logistics and ensure your vehicle is at our dealership for your appointment. On the day of your appointment, one of our service team members will arrive at your location and pickup your vehicle.

How Service Mode Works: 


Once your vehicle arrives at our dealership, we will begin the scheduled service. The luxury of pickup and delivery is you get to sit back and go about your day. We will start the service or repair and keep you informed of your vehicle's status throughout the day. If anything outside your scheduled service appointment comes up we will be sure to reach out. We like to keep you informed and get confirmation before we continue.

Delivering Your Vehicle:


Once we have completed your service appointment, we will deliver your vehicle back to you. We will schedule a time and location for us to deliver your vehicle to you.

We offer pickup & delivery for our service guests that are within a 15-mile radius of our dealership, located at 8100 Brentwood Blvd in Brentwood, CA. Our radius includes Brentwood, Oakley, Discovery Bay, Byron, Knightsen, Bethel Island, and Antioch.
Every service appointment is different. You will discuss the time duration of your service with your Advisor upon scheduling and dropping off.
Your Service Advisor will contact you and give you updates at your preference: phone, text or email.
Upon scheduling your pickup & delivery with a Service Advisor we will need the following information to pickup & deliver your vehicle. The address, the 17 digit vin, the Color, the License Plate, Year, Make, Model, Automatic or Manual, Unit number (if applicable), and concern for bringing in the vehicle. Providing us with this crucial information will ensure that we are fully prepared to pickup & deliver your vehicle.
Currently Ford Pickup & Delivery is only available for our main service guests. Appointments with our Quick Lane can utilize our guest lounge or courtesy shuttle. All Warranty and customer-pay repairs are eligible, as long as your vehicle is driveable. If you vehicle is not driveable that will need a roadside event.

Please refer to your Owners Manual for your scheduled maintenance. Open up your FordPass app and click the service tab at the bottom. You will then click the Maintenance Schedule Icon, you can view the recommended maintenance based on your mileage. You can also Click Here to find your maintenance schedule.

Ford Pickup & Delivery is available within a 15-mile radius to Bill Brandt Ford. If you’re concerned, give  us a call and speak with one of our Service Advisors to confirm your radius. 

We offer pickup and delivery Monday through Friday from 9:30AM - 3PM based on our scheduled appointments. When scheduling your appointment with a Service Advisor please request this service.

Ford Pickup & Delivery is a complimentary perk for our FordPass® Rewards Tier members. Each Tier offers different perks and exclusivity:


Blue Tier: Unlimited Ford Pickup & Deliveries for a year

Silver Tier: Two complimentary Ford Pickup & Deliveries each year

Bronze Tier: One complimentary Ford Pickup & Delivery each year

Each additional Ford Pickup & Delivery for Silver and Bronze Tier members are available for 10,000 FordPass Rewards Points. Terms and conditions apply.

Contact us immediately to cancel your scheduled pickup & delivery. You can also cancel the scheduled pickup & delivery in the email confirmation. Click Open reservation, scroll to the bottom and hit cancel. We will be informed that your pickup & delivery has been canceled.
Please contact us immediately and speak with a Service Advisor to make any changes to your Pickup & Delivery location. This will ensure our team is properly prepared for your Pickup & Delivery.
